| Office Task Request | This form is to be filled out when you or a group has the need for office assistance on a project. It might be sending out a letter, making copies, mailings, setting up a data system, accessing church information, the list is endless. |

| TJN Incident Report Form | This form should be completed any time there is an incident where an injury occurs or if outside help(police/ambulance) are called for assistance related to TJN activities. |
| Drama Team Interest Form | We are building a ministry team that will help to bring to life the sermon topic through impacting and relevant dramas. Also to entertain and encourage through longer seasonal plays. We are looking for people who are interested in a variety of areas including acting, directing, costuming, prop finding, script researching, set building, stage managing, singing, dancing, and more. |
